Updated ViolX with new features and sound improvements!

• New keyswitches, now encompassing all twelve keys in the lowest octave:
  • G0 - Sustained moderate no vibrato - Sustained note but with faster attack and release than A0. Now the default keyswitch
  • g0 - Sustained moderate vibrato - G0 with vibrato
  • B0 - Sustained attack tremolo - C0 with tremolo; the timing and emphasis (waveshaping) are given dedicated controllers.

• Vocal filter to more easily simulate the body: the volume and type can be changed. Bass = double bass, Tenor = cello, Alto = viola, Soprano = violin (recommended)
• In parallel, there is also some saturation, which can be adjusted too. Timbrally this makes the sound more gnarled and aggressive, which is quite useful for monophonic cello and bass. Not recommended with polyphony (stops) unless you want nasty intermodulation!
